Simple Soya stir-fry sauce
Why spend $1.29 for a pouch of cornstarch? This is similar to the clear white glaze found on beef and broccoli, or your basic commercial stir-fry.  

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 Cup water
4 or more tablespoons of Soya Sauce
2 or 4 tablespoons of white sugar
           
            
                   
            
             
           




Mix all ingredients in bowl.  Cook vegetable stir-fry, adding this sauce at the last 2 minutes of cooking. Heat on high until boils for 1 minute, stir briskly for 1 minute and then serve.
