Greek Slovaki-style chicken brochettes or chunks
Quick and easier than you think since the marinade is pre-made; a bottle of salad dressing.  

1 kg cubed chicken breast
1 large jar prepared Italian Salad dressing


           
            
                   
            
             
           




Mix thoroughly and place on skewers (optional; it works just fine as chunks...) Remove meat from marinade and grill on medium heat. If you are using a saucepan and not a grill just leave about 1/2 a cup of sauce with the meat and heat in the oven until most of the moisture has evaporated, stirring occasionally. Dust in Greek Seasoning or parsley/garlic/dash lemon and serve.   

  

This is a super easy recipe since your marinade is already prepared for you: a bottle of italian or greek salad dressing. Buy prepared "Greek" seasoning for the authentic taste. If you want to make your own marinade use: 4 cups oil, 1 cup vinegar, salt, seasoning. (4:1 ratio oil to vinegar)
