Welcome
You are taking the right first steps by visiting this website
and should be congratulated. Make a difference to the well-being of your new family
by learning some elementary cooking techniques.
You may have a fully-equipped dream kitchen or just a hot
plate, microwave and a kettle. Whatever your situation, proper nutrition is important
for baby and your family.
We are not going to show you fancy techniques or anything
new. Just simple advice and practical tips on how to produce restaurant-quality
results from your kitchen; big or small.
The recipes presented here are basic and open to interpretation
as far as seasoning and added ingredients.
Don't be shy with your salt, sugar and spices and make it taste
real .
But keep in mind that when preparing large amounts of food add
most of your seasoning at the end of the cooking process. You
can always ADD more since or salt but it's really hard to TAKE
IT AWAY if you put too much in on the first go.
Thanks for visiting !
